Section 1 Bookings & Confirmation

1.1 Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided at the time of booking.
1.2 If you do not receive your confirmation email, you must contact us immediately via support@comparecheapairportparking.co.uk. We are not responsible for missed bookings if you fail to notify us of non-receipt.
1.3 Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time.
1.4 Please check the ‘More Info’ section of your selected product for details on operating hours, additional charges, vehicle restrictions, and service-specific terms.
1.5 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

Section 2 Our Role

2.1 Compare Cheap Airport Parking acts solely as a booking intermediary. We do not provide the parking service and are not a party to the parking contract.
2.2 Your contract is with the selected parking operator, and their own Terms & Conditions will apply to the service they deliver.
2.3 If your selected provider is unable to honour the booking, we will arrange a comparable alternative at no extra cost. If you are not satisfied with the alternative, you may cancel the booking for a refund.

Section 3 Claims & Liabilities

3.1 Once your vehicle is handed to the parking operator, any claims regarding damage, delay, loss, or service failures must be raised directly with them in line with their terms.
3.2 We are not liable for any issues caused by industrial action, severe weather, technical failure, or any event outside our reasonable control.
3.3 Compare Cheap Airport Parking cannot be included in legal claims relating to the parking service provider. If we are wrongly included, we reserve the right to recover all legal fees, administrative charges, and associated costs.

Section 4 Customer Responsibilities

4.1 Customers must ensure their vehicle is roadworthy, taxed, and MOT certified. If your vehicle is not road legal, the parking operator may refuse service with no refund.
4.2 You must bring your booking confirmation and follow all arrival instructions provided in your confirmation email.
4.3 All valuables should be removed before handing over the vehicle. Only the key(s) required to operate the vehicle should be provided.
4.4 Customers must inspect their vehicle before leaving the premises. No claims will be accepted once the vehicle has left the car park or terminal.
4.5 It is your responsibility to obtain the operator’s contact number and instructions before travel.

Section 5 Prices & Payments

5.1 Prices displayed on our website apply to pre bookings only.
5.2 Booking fees, SMS notifications, and optional extras are non-refundable.
5.3 Some operators charge extra for high sided or oversized vehicles. Check the ‘More Info’ section or contact us before booking.
5.4 Prices are subject to change and may vary based on provider, availability, and travel date.
5.5 Optional Cancellation Cover is available at the time of booking for £2.50 per booking. This fee is non-refundable once purchased.
5.6 Bookings made for same day arrival are subject to an additional surcharge of £20.00 per booking. This surcharge will be automatically applied at checkout and clearly displayed before payment is made. The surcharge is non-refundable and applies to all car parks and services offered through CompareCheapAirportParking.co.uk.

Section 6 Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 In accordance with Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, all bookings are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period as they are for dated leisure services.

6.2 All cancellations must be submitted via the ‘Manage Booking’ option on our website or by emailing cancellations@comparecheapairportparking.co.uk.

6.3 For all flexible bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the scheduled arrival time, a £20 administration fee will be deducted from any refund. This applies regardless of how soon after the booking was made.

6.4 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival time, unless Cancellation Cover has been purchased (see Section 6.6).

6.5 Non-flexible bookings are normally non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled under any circumstances. However, if Cancellation Cover has been purchased at the time of booking, the conditions in Section 6.6 apply.

6.6 If Cancellation Cover is purchased at the time of booking, the following terms apply:
 • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time and receive a full refund of your parking charges (excluding booking fee, SMS notifications, and the £2.50 Cancellation Cover fee).
 • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time are not covered and remain non-refundable.
 • Cancellation Cover cannot be added after the booking has been confirmed.
 • The Cancellation Cover fee itself is non-refundable under all circumstances.
 • If purchased with a Non-Flexible Booking, Cancellation Cover overrides the standard non-refundable condition, allowing cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time under the same terms as above.

Section 7 Amendments

7.1 All amendment requests must be submitted via the ‘Manage Booking’ option on our website or by emailing amendments@comparecheapairportparking.co.uk. Amendments are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by us.
7.2 Amendment fees apply as follows:
 • More than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time: £10
 • Between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival time: £15
 • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time: £20 (subject to availability and not guaranteed)
7.3 Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges on top of the amendment fee.
7.4 Non-flexible bookings cannot be amended under any circumstances.

Section 8 Arrival & Parking

8.1 You must arrive at the parking facility with sufficient time for your airport check in.
8.2 If your vehicle is not road legal or if you fail to follow the correct procedure, the parking operator may refuse service without refund.

Section 9 Complaints

9.1 If you experience any problem during parking, report it immediately to the parking operator so they have the opportunity to resolve it.
9.2 Complaints must be submitted directly to the parking operator within 24 hours of your return. Later submissions may not be considered.
9.3 Supporting documentation (e.g. incident reports, photos) should be retained and submitted with any claim.
9.4 You may also email complaints@comparecheapairportparking.co.uk if you require assistance with raising a complaint with the operator.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Compare Cheap Airport Parking is liable only for errors made during the booking process.
10.2 Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking (including parking and booking fees).
10.3 We accept no liability for the actions or omissions of parking operators or their staff.
10.4 Legal action against Compare Cheap Airport Parking relating to a dispute with the parking provider is not permitted. We reserve the right to recover costs if wrongly included.

Section 11 Reviews

11.1 Reviews regarding the parking service should be left directly on the service provider’s review platform.
11.2 We do not accept service-related reviews on our Trustpilot, Google, or other profiles as we do not operate the parking services.
11.3 If such reviews are posted and not removed upon request, we may take legal action and recover any administrative or legal costs incurred.

Section 12 Modifications

12.1 These Terms & Conditions may be updated without notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Section 14 Liability of the Parking Operator and Their Agents

14.1 From the moment your vehicle is handed over to the parking operator or their authorised staff, they assume full legal responsibility for the custody, care, and protection of your vehicle.
14.2 This includes responsibility for:
 • Any damage (internal or external)
 • Any loss, theft, or unauthorised access
 • Any personal belongings left in the vehicle (at your own risk)
 • Any negligent handling or storage of the vehicle during the service period
14.3 The parking operator is expected to maintain adequate insurance and safeguard measures. Customers are encouraged to remove all valuables and photograph their vehicle at the time of handover.
14.4 Compare Cheap Airport Parking never takes possession of any vehicle and is not responsible for any incident, claim, or loss once your car is in the custody of the parking operator.
14.5 If you notice any issue on return, you must report it immediately to the parking operator and request a written incident report before leaving. Failure to do so may affect your ability to claim compensation.
14.6 Customers may request the parking operator’s public liability insurance information directly in the event of a dispute. We cannot provide this information.
